Commission Fee
+ Small Cottage: 10 million gil
+ Medium: 15 million gil
+ Large: 30 million gil+ The commission fee includes costs for all vendor items and dyes. It does not include budget for furniture. I will provide a Teamscraft list of all items I will need to complete the design. Alternatively, you can provide gil for me to obtain furnishings.+ A deposit of 5 million gil is required prior to start of construction.+ Exterior work or additional floors may add additional costs to budget.
